Shiftedfrequency LLC ("we," "us") built PhotosHere to help you find photos in your library that were taken near your current location. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what PhotosHere accesses and what we do with it.

Information the app accesses

Photo library

With your permission, PhotosHere reads images from your on-device photo library to find photos that include GPS location metadata and match your current position within the search radius you choose. Photo content stays on your device.

Location

With your permission, PhotosHere uses your device's current location while the app is in use to determine which nearby geotagged photos to show. Location is not sent to our servers.

Information we do not collect

PhotosHere does not collect, store, or transmit your photos, location history, or personal contact information to Shiftedfrequency LLC servers. The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Purchases

If you buy PhotosHere Lifetime, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of purchase status through Apple's StoreKit but do not receive your payment card details.

Data retention

Because photo and location processing happens on your device, we do not retain your library or location data on our systems. Unlock status is stored locally on your device and synced through Apple's purchase restoration when applicable.

Children's privacy

PhotosHere is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
